Does Fresno parking drive you nuts? We visited The Row at Heritage Grove on a late Sunday morning. Drivers roamed the lot looking for open spots. Some gave up and headed for an overflow across Shepherd Avenue. The newish retail development at Shepherd and Willow avenues was packed as patrons flocked to cool new shops and a row of restaurants that routinely have lines out the door.
